Support and Evaluation
Milieukontakt
will establish an Advisory Team at the beginning
of the project. The Team will also include
lawyers and trainers. It will meet regularly
to discuss progress of the project and possible
problems encountered. The Team will give
advice, training and on-site assistance
to the implementing organisations.
Training
and Method Development
The Advisory
Team will be trained by Milieukontakt, AIDEnvironment
(Amsterdam) and Croatian trainers in order
to become more acquainted with methods to
develop Green Agendas and with the concept
of Local Agenda 21 and its possibilities
in Croatia.
The Advisory Team in close cooperation with
the local implementing NGOs will develop
a manual for Green Agendas in Croatia. The
method will be based on already existing
materials and adapted to Croatian circumstances.
The Team will be the core group for creating
a National Platform on Green Agendas that
will promote the formation of Green Agendas
in Croatia, making use of the experiences
from this project.
